Before and After - Attic

Attic Remediations can be performed in a two to three day process, addressing the cause of the microbial growth and creating long term solutions for a building that is better insulated and ventilated correctly for years to come.

Attic with severe microbial growth can be treated effectively in a timely manner and be brought back to healthy, well ventilated, and well insulated spaces.

After necessary removal, All surfaces are HEPA vacuumed and treated with antimicrobial solution before going into a drying phase to reach standard moisture content.
Attic During #2
After attics are dried effectively, new proper vents can be installed to aid in ventilation with fully perforated soffit vents. This increases your attics ventilation for years to come.

Attic are re-insulated with a premium Cellulose insulation with Borate to seal all voids and gaps to reduce heat loss as much as possible, while also helping with pest deterrence.

Moldy Crawlspace - Before
Removal of loose organic materials, HEPA vacuuming of all surfaces, Antimicrobial treatment of all surfaces, and ULV fogging of dirt and stone floors remediate the space efficiently.
Remediated Crawlspace - After
After Remediation, Encapsulations and vapor barriers are essential to maintain a clean, dry and healthy environment in the crawlspace.

Crawlspace Remediation - Before, During and After

Eastern Mold Remediation includes necessary removal of building materials that cannot be treated effectively to ensure that we can stand behind our work and leave you with a Clean and healthy space!

Remediation - Before
Materials such as; existing vapor barriers with voids, gaps and tears, and conventional fiberglass insulation are removed to ensure the structure and space is cleaned thoroughly and effectively.
Remediation - During
This structure has been stripped of materials that cannot be effectively treated, and the treatment has been performed removing all mold staining and killing all mold spores within the space. Structure is currently in the drying phase.
Remediation - After
New Vapor Barrier installed and sealed along exterior framing. Commercial Grade Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation is incorporated along exterior wooden framing and/or foundation walls to create a thermal barrier.
